It takes a whole community to keep our neighborhood beautiful, safe and secure. Volunteering is a great way to help your community and connect with other neighbors who want to see positive, productive change in our community.
The ARC (Architectural Review Committee ) oversees requests for changes to homes and lots, and insures compliance with community guidelines. They receive requests via email, and communicate via email and/or phone, and meet face to face about once month to discuss and plan. The decide to approve or deny requests and make recommendations to the Board of Directors.
The Compliance Committee reviews repeat violations and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding fines. They receive violation notices via email, and typically communicate via email and/or phone, and meet about once month to discuss and plan. The Landscaping and Pond Committee reviews current common area maintenance and provides valuable feedback to our Board and Property Management Company, to make sure our vendors are providing top-notch service and value.
Ad hoc committees are short term, limited committees that serve a specific function. For example, a Documents committee reviews our rules and guidelines in our official documents and makes sure our community culture is reflected in those documents, and makes recommendations to the board for change.
